Dear Parents/Guardians and Student,

Below is your registration form for the 2011-2012 dance season.  The schedule is now ready and registration is being accepted.  It is extremely important and beneficial to pre-register before our season begins on Monday, September 12, 2011.  Your pre-registration allows my staff and I to better accommodate your needs by controlling class sizes for more personal attention, eliminating or consolidating classes with less volume and providing additional days and times for those classes in demand.

Those who do not pre-register run the risk of not getting their first choice days/times when scheduling classes.

Classes resume Monday, September 12, 2011.  We’re excited to begin our 6^th season and look forward to sharing fun times and creating special memories with all of you this year.  We appreciate your business and thank you for allowing us to teach your dancer.
